Move - Out Inspections
A move -out inspection includes:
*Pre-move out inspection (2-3 weeks before move out) to note issues that need to be addressed before the move-out inspection will be discussed with tenant.
* Walk through with the tenants to check for damages or issue they what note with the property.
* Checking to see if the tenant has moved out on the day that the lease ends.
* Securing the property the day the lease ends and tenant have moved out.
* Checking for the cleanliness of the property.
* Turn A/C Heat to ensure working properly.
* Turn on stove and oven to ensure working properly.
* Turn on every faucet to ensure working properly.
* Photos of any problem areas - These photos will be compared to the move in photos.
* Detailed Reports: After pre move out inspection and move out inspection, a detailed descriptions of any issues found.
Move-In Inspection
A move-in inspection includes:
* Delivery of keys/code to the locks to the new tenants.
* Walk through with the new tenants to check for damages or issue they what note with the property.
* Photos of any problem areas - These photos will be compared to the move out photos.
* Turn A/C Heat to ensure working properly.
* Turn on stove and oven to ensure working properly.
* Turn on every faucet to ensure working properly.
* Detailed Reports: After each inspection, a detailed descriptions of any issues found.
Yearly Home Inspection
A yearly home inspection includes:
* Inspect property for issues of concern for the tenant during their tenancy.
* Maintenance issues such as filter changes, sealants around toilets and bathtubs will be noted.
* Damage to the property will be noted.
* Hoarding issues will be noted.
* Cleanliness issues will be noted.
* Unauthorized pets will be noted.
* Detailed Reports: After each inspection, a detailed descriptions of any issues found.
